Mekorma can make the payment batch creation process more efficient.  Assign a Checkbook ID to either a Vendor or a Voucher  Using the Select Checks window the system can pull in payment based on the checkbook ID you have assigned  Setup rules for how you want your payment batches created.  With one click, the system will select all of your payment batches based on your rules.

Once your payment batches are ready to process, MPP steps in to automate the process.  One Screen shows your Check and EFT payment batches across all companies.  Process with one click and the system will alert you when it is done.  Confirm your checks have printed and post – Again, one click.
