6. HB 483 Test takers cannot have a high school diploma or honors diploma Test takers ages 16, 17 and 18 must be withdrawn from school Test takers must submit a consent form signed by either the parent, guardian or court official to the state GED Office

HB 64 Re-testers If a test taker fails to attain the required scores to earn a high school equivalence diploma, the test taker shall only retake the specific test they did not pass The test taker will only be responsible to pay the cost of that test and not for the entire battery of tests, unless the test takers is retaking the entire battery
