This legislation provides significant benefits to taxpayers, homebuyers and the real estate market by: Removing a burdensome and expensive FHA Condo approval process; Reducing FHA restrictions on the number of condos available to homebuyers; Permanently streamlining Rural Housing Service loan processing.
