SOURCING Colorado Strategic Sourcing and Statewide Price Agreements Proposal Requirements  Must be a Body Armor Manufacturer (Dealers, Re-Sellers, Agents and/or Distributors are not eligible for Award)  Must submit a Proposal for at least one of the Products listed in the Market Basket  Only Products listed in RFP will be considered for Award  MUST submit a Proposal for one of the listed Products in order to be eligible for Award for that Product (e.g. if Offeror provides K-9 vests, but does not submit a response for K-9 vests under the Non-Market Basket items, Offeror will NOT be Awarded that item)  Pricing must include ALL Contractor and shipping costs  Body Armor Vests must be NIJ certified and listed on the CPL
