Why peer support? Digital literacy is essential for education, employment & inclusion People with disabilities face additional barriers Personalised training and support is a start But there are limits to scalability People with disabilities naturally look to their peers - and it works!

DigiPlace4all approach to peer support A peer is ‘someone like me’ Peers are equal in ability, standing, rank and value DigiPlace4all peer supporters are untrained, unaccredited and informal Facilitates peer support among educators and employers

Requirements gathering PWDs, VET centres & training organisations | digital skills trainers | mainstream educators | employers | NGOs | policy advisors or other agencies 241 questionnaires, 91 focus group participants, 85 interviews
