LOST PROPERTY We have various items of lost property at the school office. If you have lost anything, please come to Student reception to see if we have it. Lost property will be disposed off at the end of term.

NHS Lothian Vaccination Clinics During June 2016 HPV (Cervical Cancer) Vaccination for Girls in S1 – S6 If you missed your HPV vaccination at school there will be a second opportunity to have this. You will also receive a letter to invite you along for HPV if you have missed your vaccination. Remember: You need TWO doses of the MMR vaccine to fully protect yourself from measles, mumps and rubella. Message for S3 (now S4) Pupils Please return S3 ipads to your Maths teacher when asked. This will be happening over the next two weeks and completed before term finishes. Do not leave with anyone else except your Maths teacher. Thank You

YOUNG ENGINEERS CLUB ATTENTION S2-S3 YOUNG ENGINEERS The Young Engineers Club will return in August after the summer holidays and will continue to run on Mondays. It will not meet TODAY or on Monday 27 th June. This is because Mr Stanton is out of School TODAY, and Monday 27 th is the start of Activities week. Have a good holiday!

Trainee Roadworker CAN YOU SEE THE MONEY IN LEARNING? It's a great combination – your chance to bring in a wage AND learn new skills. So if want specialised training, real work experience with great prospects, we've got just the job! Based at our Fushiebridge Depot, near Gorebridge you'll start July/August on our Trainee Roadworker Scheme, tailored to give you formal training combined with practical, supervised on-the-job training – and a recognised qualification at the end of it. Requirements You should have or expect to achieve three National4 qualifications, ideally in Maths, English and a Science subject. You should also be able to demonstrate an aptitude and willingness to learn new skills. A willingness to work outside in all weathers and in a team environment is also essential. In addition you should be prepared to obtain a provisional / full driving licence in the course of the training programme. Pay £15,647 - £16,323 per annum. Closing date 1 July 2016
