15 Backspace Key (Similar to Delete) Backspace The Backspace key deletes text by moving the cursor back over the text.

21 PrtScrn/SysRq Key You then Paste the picture into your document to use it. the Clipboard PrtScrn/SysRq copies a picture of your computer screen onto the Clipboard.

28 Using Tabs speed up document preparation and editing. Default Tabs are set every half inch. select the type of tab To change the default tabs, Left Click on the Tab Style Indicator and select the type of tab you want. 29 Leaders Create Leaders by selecting Tabs… from the Format Menu 4 step process This is a 4 step process. 1.Select the tab 2.Select the leader 3.Click on the Set button 4.Click on the OK button MS Word Tabs

30 Format Painter The Format Painter allows you to transfer a paragraph’s format to another Paragraph. 1.Click on the paragraph whose format is desired 2.Select the Format Painter toggle tool 3.Click on the paragraph where you desire the format.
