Backspace Key (Similar to Delete) Backspace The Backspace key deletes text by moving the cursor back over the text.

Using Tabs speed up document preparation and editing. Default Tabs are set every half inch. select the type of tab To change the default tabs, Left Click on the Tab Style Indicator and select the type of tab you want. Format Painter The Format Painter allows you to transfer a paragraph’s format to another Paragraph. 1.Click on the paragraph whose format is desired 2.Select the Format Painter toggle tool 3.Click on the paragraph where you desire the format.
