Korean cuisine is more than just kimchi! ※ Korean cuisine is largely based on rice, noodles, tofu, vegetables, and meats. ※ Food is an important aspect of Korean life.

Kimchi ※ Kimchi, also spelled gimchi or kimchee. ※ “Kimchi” represents Korea's best known food. ※ Koreans serve kimchi at almost every meal.

Stone bowls and pancakes ※ Stone bowls (We also called stone bowls “bibimbap”.) ※ Bibimbap is Korean favorite! ↑Bibimbap: rice topped with delicious vegetables, kimchi and grilled pork.

Korean – Style Pancake (Pajon) ※ It’s a traditional Korean – Style Pancake which is a very popular appetizer or snack.

Spicy rice dumplings (Dduk bokki) ※ These spicy rice dumplings, called dduk bokki. ←↑Dduk bokki: rice dumplings in a spicy Korean sauce

Cold noodle (Bibim Naengmyon) ※ The noodle garnished with sliced beef or pork, a boiled half egg, slices of Asian pear, sliced sour kimchi, and cucumber.
