9. Individual Budgets in B&NES National IB Pilot Nov 2005 - Dec 2007 B&NES one of 13 pilot sites – only one in SW region Delivered IBs to older people, physically disabled people, people with learning difficulties, people with mental health problems Developed internal brokerage service
