3. How does violation of dress code disrupt educational process? O Cause others to feel uncomfortable O Distraction from the learning task on hand O Offensive to others O Create physical hindrance to participate in the learning activities

4. How does violation of dress code cause safety issues? O Certain attire can result in injury to self or others (example: chains, sagging pants, spikes, gang related attire etc.)

5. How does dress code help develop school to work transitional skills? O Appropriateness to fit the environment O Modesty O Personal hygiene

6. NO (Straps are too narrow. No undergarment straps should be visible.) YES (Straps need to minimum 2 fingers wide.)

7. No (Neckline too low) Yes

8. No (Single strap) Yes

9. No (Halter tops or racer backs) Yes

10. No (Strapless) Yes (Dresses should be mid- thigh length or longer.)

11. Sheer shirts need layers.

12. No (Short shorts ) Yes (shorts should be mid- thigh high)

13. HOLES IN JEANS O Holes must be below mid- thigh.

14. Make sure graphics are appropriate.

15. No sagging pants or shorts.
