MEALS LUNCH If you signed up to bring a lunch from home make sure you bring it in a disposable bag. Do not bring anything that needs to be kept cold or that you need to keep (ice packs, Tupperware containers, etc…). If you chose a school lunch we will distribute those to you before you leave the school. It is your responsibility to put it in your backpack. You may not buy lunch at EPCOT DINNER We will be eating dinner at EPCOT. Each student needs to bring at least $15.00 for dinner. It will be up to your chaperone as to where and when you eat. Please check the menu before you order to make sure you have enough money for the meal you want. A kid’s meal at Disney is plenty of food for you to eat. SNACKS We will provide you with a water bottle and snacks for the day. Meals

Electronics Students may bring electronic devices but are responsible for them. The school and chaperones will not be responsible if they are lost, broken, or stolen. The expectations for usage are: Students may call or text home if needed, but only after checking with their chaperone and teacher. Students may use their electronic device to take photos. Leave selfie sticks at home as Disney will not allow anyone to enter with a selfie stick. Students may not text, use social media, or play games while on this trip.

Rules and Expectations First and foremost you are a PURCELL PANTHER which means you will demonstrate: Problem Solving Tolerance Respect Responsibility

Rules and Expectations. You are to stay with your chaperone at all times. This means that as a team you decide what activities to do, what countries to walk through, rides to go on, etc. There will be limited time to shop so you do not need to bring a lot of extra spending money. Our recommendation is no more than $20.00 You are responsible for your money. Your chaperones will not be holding your money for you.

Dress Code All students are expected to wear the yellow 5 th grade shirt provided to them this week. After the field trip, students may wear these shirts every Friday. School approved shorts are recommended as it will be hot. Please make sure shorts are appropriate length and without holes. Students will not be bringing any jackets or hoodies on our trip. These need to be left at home. Any student who brings one Friday will leave it in the classroom over the weekend. Students may bring backpacks with them. It has been suggested that backpacks be emptied of daily school materials and only contain the most important items they must have for that day. All backpacks will be checked by Disney Security. It is highly encouraged students wear sunscreen as we will be outside an extended period of time. Students may only apply sunscreen on themselves and are not permitted to share with friends. Students may also bring sunglasses and a hat. Please make sure hats are appropriate for school.
