1 Submission Timelines The following are the dates, as stated in Memorandum 2008: B2, for submission of financial reports: –November 14, 2008 » Financial Statements for 2007-08 –December 12, 2008 » Revised Estimates for 2008-09 –May 15, 2009 » Board Financial Report for September 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009

2 Cash Flow For this transition year, the Ministry will extend the timelines to December 31, 2008, before any cash withholding apply –Either Financial Statements or Revised Estimates –Cash flow penalty for January –Reinstated in February » Must be received by first day of the month to affect cash flow

3 Forms Release Financial Statement forms released September 3 Revised Estimates forms will be available on EFIS by September 30, 2008 –Will reflect the enhancements under the PDT Agreements –Includes the 3 per cent increase in salary benchmarks for 2008-09 –Adjustments for boards that are not fully eligible for enhanced funding under the PDT Agreements
