5. Project Scope  Bank Naturalization  Rip rap removal  Grading  Planting  Geocell Retaining Walls (6 walls, approximately 864 linear feet)  Living Shorelines (9, approximately ¼ mile in length, 0.57 acres)  Observation Platform  Trail Renovation

6. Permits and Regulations  Arlington County Acquiring permits, including:  Transportation ROW  Building Permit  USACE Nationwide General Permit  DEQ Construction Permit  LDA Permit  Erosion and Sediment Control  Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan

7. MOT and Access  Four Mile Run Trail  Trail will be closed with the LOD  Exception is the portion between S. Eads and Rt 1- only closed during active work in that section  South Eads Access through Water Pollution Control Plant  S. Glebe Rd Access
