EX 3: The library is located in the center of town. To get from the library to the elementary school, you go 1.2 miles north on Walker Drive then take a left on Adams Avenue and drive 3.2 miles. What is the distance from the library to the elementary school as the crow flies?

Midpoint formula: To find the midpoint between two points, average the y coordinates and average the y- coordinates.
