(Job 1:10) Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land. (Job 1:11) But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face. (Job 1:12) And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the LORD.

4. The Creator’s Choice - Family The Three Ruling Models Eden Man ruled physical. Man spirits were free to commune with God. Satan had no rule. After Eden Satan ruled man and physical world. Man had no rule and were protected by God’s laws. After Christ Christians were restored not only to rule physically but spiritually. Satan had no rule over Christians.

Satan had no power over the physical world nor the spirits of man. Neither did Man have power over the spiritual realm. Man had the initiatives to rule the physical world.  After Eden – Satan ruled the world through his rule over man. God protected man by giving His laws and man’s righteous response to His commandments. The devil had the initiatives to rule the physical and man.  After Christ – Believers in Christ are given the power to rule not only in the physical but also in the spiritual world. What was lost in Eden was restored to Christians with the additional authority and power to rule over the spirits. Christians have the initiatives to rule both physically and spiritually.

It was Joshua, the man who set the direction for his family and the nation of Israel. We need man to lead and set the tone.

The Creator’s Choice - Family God, Father, Mother and Children The Importance of Father s Mother and Father attend church regularly: 33% of their children will end up attending church regularly 25% of their children will end up not attending at all Mother attends church regularly. Father does not attend church at all: 2% of their children will end up attending church regularly 60% of their children will end up not attending at all Father attends church regularly. Mother does not attend church at all: 44% of their children will end up attending church regularly 34% of their children will end up not attending at all

10. Discuss how one can practise the four aspects of training our children to rule in life through Christ. If male leadership is so important discuss what improvements can make in our families to ensure our children get the Godly leadership they need in the family.
