Traffic Lights Invented by William Plotss ▫Police officer Wasn’t the original inventor. ▫London 1868 Rigged from three railroad lights, wires and, switches. Within a year, Detroit had 12 active traffic lights.

Band-Aids Earle Dickson was employed at Johnson and Johnson where they made gauze tape. His wife was very accident prone and he came up with the idea to have tape with a piece of gauze in the middle to stop bleeding. He sold them four years later when Johnson and Johnson decided to invest.
