7. NUCLEOLUS - Found inside the nucleus -Makes ribosomes

8. DNA DNA CHROMATIN - Found inside the nucleus -Made of DNA -Gives directions to make proteins -Passes traits to new cells

9. RIBOSOMES - Makes proteins -Found on the ER and in the cytoplasm

10. MITOCHONDRIA - Power house of the cell - Changes food and oxygen into energy

11. ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM (ER) -Moves materials around the cell -

12. GOLGI BODY (complex, apparatus, structure) - Packages and transports proteins from the ER

13. VACUOLE -Stores food, water and waste -Large in plants -Small in animals

14. LYSOSOMES - Breaks down food, waste, and worn-out cell parts -Common in animals -Rare in plants

15. CENTRIOLE - Only in animals -Helps cells split in two during cell division

16. CELL WALL - Surrounds only plant cells -provides support and structure

17. CHLOROPLAST - Makes food in plants through photosynthesis
