Most everyone don’t have a keen sense of listening skills, however it can be developed. Effective communication involves listening Engagement - motivates learners, stimulate interest and inspiration for learning. UDL - Universal Design for Learning flexible learning atmosphere that accommodates individual that display learning differences.

Learning through listening exclusively for all age groups but intended for a Pre-K class in this case. The purpose/purposes or key considerations of this research is to development flexible learning atmospheres, that will provide accommodations to individual learning variances which is ultimately a Universal Design for Learning Obtaining learning material Alternative means of learning Intention who will benefit from the learning through listening As an educator the Mission is to teach ALL students UDL MEANS that I will incorporate a flexible learning atmosphere that accommodates individual that display learning differences or with an Impairment. However My goal is to provide all students with the necessary resources needed to become successful.

It will be ideal as it relates to accommodating a Pre-K student that has an impairement. I can still meet the diverse needs of the student based on all of the following audio ready processes.
