3. Building the globe theater The negotiations for a new tendency agreement failed with Allen. Allen decided to tear down the “the theater” and use the materials to build new property. The Lord Chamberlain's company of actors had different ideas! A clause in the original agreement allowed the actors to dismantle the Theatre and make use of the building materials themselves!
