What is Residence Life? – The experience of living on campus in a residence hall at a college or university What is the role of a Director of Residence Life? – Oversee, student engagement, programming Job prospects – Almost at every college or university with a residential site – Great benefits: housing, meals and parking, etc

The Role of the VP of student Affairs –To oversee the functions and effectiveness of each department that focuses on student development and learning outside the classroom. Do things when you don’t have time to do it. Just Say yes. Do the stuff not in your job description. Do it when you don’t want to do it. That means something.”
