The Data Protection Act Exists to protect the privacy of individuals, its main areas of concerns being: Data and information should be secure Private, personal and other data should be accurate Data should be stored and not misused

Copyright Law Copyright law gives creators rights to control the ways in which their material may be used. Rights cover broadcast and public performance, copying, adapting, issuing, renting or lending copies to the public. copyright occurs whenever an individual or company creates a work. Interpretation is related to the independent creation rather than the idea behind the creation.
