Understanding Behavior & Family Dynamics As a counselor in the field of youth development I work in the community with at risk youth who do not have a voice and it is my to teach the basic skills to them as a jewel for survival. I AM 36 YEARS LOD BEFOR COMING TO Ashford I went the University of Baltimore, I have worked with at risk youth for 10 years and been a part of the foster care development growth plan. I have been at Ashford for 1year now and plan to use it to my advantage. I have no kids but I have a fiancé and I feel have many based on what I do and how I work. Yet my greatest goal is universal and that’s to save more lives than taken or lost to the street.
