What are the differences in terms of performance characteristics perspective? Net neutrality from traffic management perspective Net-Neutrality is not yet discussed in Japan as real life issue. Topics such as zero rating and abolishing of roaming fees are getting increasing attention globally. What would be an impact of Net-Neutrality in Japan? MVNO in the future MVNOs are becoming popular and provide a source for competition in the mobile market. What are technical challenges for them and their future roadmaps?
