7 Monitored aims in construction of terminals of intermodal transport Time saving be on time at work work time not reduced due to slow transport no loses on GDP (when people work as long as they should, not less) Changes in the number of car accidents less people are injured in car accidents less expenditure in health care people are able to work and they are able to earn money no looses on GDP (when people do not work due to injury less people die on the roads less loses on GDP Changes in air pollution less pollution clean environment

18 Conclusion Government should consider pros and cons concerning to construction of terminal of intermodal transport from wider perspective. It means that if terminals of intermodal transport generate a lot of external benefits, government should decide to build them also in case that terminals do not generate high operational profit.
