ICTS REGION II COORDINATOR UPDATE Region II Coordinator: Mr. Mikel Ryan (USA)  JUN 2006: Reviewed/modified the Spectrum Certification Application for the integrated Network Enhanced Telemetry (iNET) System.  JUN 2006: OUSD/NII “Statement of Sustainable Ranges Overarching Integrated Product Team” for Support of WRC 2007 Agenda Item 1.5  JUL 2006: Mr. Tim Chalfant briefed “Telemetry Outreach: Working Together” and hosted an ICTS booth at the 2006 USPACOM Frequency Management Conference in Honolulu HI.  AUG 2006: Briefed the ICTS/WRC07 Agenda Item 1.5 at the Test & Resource Management Center T&E Annual Review in Annapolis MD.  Matrix: updated the Australia data; requested data from China and South Africa. Also aided Mr. L. Jager (ATE-Aerospace) in getting ATM in SA.  Membership: added Mr. John Caton of L3 Comm (Bristol PA USA).
