To the Unit Agreement Exhibit A Reports Online Training Course 1 The purpose of this course is to provide guidance and information to ETS clients who need to generate the Unit Agreement Exhibit “A” Reports.

INTRODUCTION 3 In this module, you will learn how to: Submit and View Exhibit “A” Reports (Part I and Part II) Prerequisite Learning Module Before proceeding we recommend that you view the Unit Agreement Exhibit A Roles module located in the Online Learning portal Note: User must have both a Submitter and Viewer Role for this Form Type. A Unit Operator or WIO can submit a Report Request provided they have an ETS Account.

REPORT DISCLAIMER 4 Note: The Unit Operator is responsible for the dissemination of a revised Exhibit A, to all parties to the Unit Agreement.

REPORT REQUEST 5 The Company Name drop down will display all companies that the ETS Account login is assigned to. A Unit Operator or Working Interest Owner of the selected Unit Agreement can submit and view the report request.

SELECT A UNIT AGREEMENT - CONTINUED 7 The Unit Operator, Unit Agreement Name, Revision Effective Date and PE ID columns can be sorted in Ascending or Descending order by clicking on the column title.

SELECT A REVISION NUMBER 8 The revision numbers that are highlighted in Yellow are the revisions that are in the open years.

10 SUBMIT REQUEST

11 REQUEST AT SUBMITTED STATUS Click out of the Report node on the menu tree onto any other node and then back to the Report node to refresh the Report Request grid.

12 REQUEST AT PROCESSING STATUS

13 REQUEST AT COMPLETED STATUS Note: The Unit Operator is responsible in preparing and distributing the same copy of the revised Exhibit A Part I and II created in ETS, to all parties to the unit agreement.

14 REPORT ARCHIVAL Report Requests that have been created will remain available in the Report Request screen for 90 days after which they will be archived and then deleted.
