2 CHD Coronary Heart Disease Damage to the heart due to decreased blood supply. Fatty deposits build up on the linings of the blood vessels causing them to narrow. The narrowing reduces the blood supply to the heart muscles and causes pain.

3 DM Diabetes Mellitus Disorder of the pancreas. Cannot produce insulin. Causes high levels of blood sugar (hyperglycemia).

15 DT Delirium Tremors Withdrawal from excessive alcohol use. Symptoms include fever, tremors, ataxia, seizures, and frightening hallucinations.
