3. Factors That You Control The submission of your work online is dependent on many factors. Some that are within your control. These include: Finding and using a compatible system including an up to date internet browser Ensuring that your password is active Checking OurVLE to note the open period of the quiz Checking OurVLE to note the time that you are allotted for the quiz Utilizing a steady and stable internet connection Adhering to all instructions supplied by your lecturer.

4. Factors out of Your Control These include: Electricity Disruptions Disruptions from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) Other factors

Problems If you encounter a problem while doing your quiz, contact your lecturer and/or send a report to ourvlesupport@uwimona.edu.jm.This report should include the following:ourvlesupport@uwimona.edu.jm Your name and ID number The course code of the course that you were doing the quiz in. Eg. PSYC1005 The name of the quiz The date and time you attempted the quiz Any error or special messages encountered Any other relevant information
