2 Hand Tools

3 Hacksaw Description: A U-shaped frame with handle. Uses replaceable metal-cutting blades. Uses:-To cut all types of metal fasteners, hardware, and metal parts.

4 Adjustable Wrench Description: An extra-strong lightweight, thin-jawed tool with one adjustable jaw. Wrench develops greatest strength when hand pressure is applied to the side that has the fixed jaw. Uses:-To make adjustments on machines, when there is plenty of clearance. -To install and replace knives and blades.

5 Open-end Wrench Set Description: A series of nonadjustable wrenches with accurately machined openings on their ends. Sizes of openings are stamped on each toll. For variety of work, a complete set is needed. Uses:-To make adjustments on machines where there is plenty of clearance. -To install and replace knives and blades.

6 Socket Wrench Set Description: A series of sockets using a variety of handles. Uses:-To assemble and disassemble machinery. Fits many sizes of bolts and nuts.

7 Vise-grip Wrench Description: An all-purpose tool with double-lever action that locks the jaws on the work Uses:-Used as a substitute for a vise, clamp, pipe wrench, fixed wrench, or adjustable wrench.

8 Pipe Wrench Description: A tool with hardened, cut teeth on the jaws. Uses:-Used on pipes and rods, never on nuts and bolts.

9 Allen Wrenches Description: Hexagonal steel bars with bent ends. Uses:-To tighten and loosen set screws that are often used to hold jointer and planer knives in cutterhead.

10 Combination Pliers Description: An all purpose, slip-joint adjustable pliers. Uses:-To hold and turn round pieces. Never used on heads of nuts or bolts.

11 Long, Flat-nosed Pliers Description: Pliers with long, thin, flat nose. Uses:-To hold and bend thin wire and metal fittings.

12 Box-jointed Utility Pliers Description: A larger pliers with a slip joint at four points. Uses:-To hold and turn large, round parts.

13 Tin Snips Description: Available with jaws from 2” to 4” in length. Uses:-For cutting sheets of metal, plastic, asphalt, and other construction materials.
