Management structure Since January 2016, the former JPC Philippe Malbranche (CEA) has been replaced by 2 people: −Simon Philipps (Fraunhofer ISE) −Ivan Gordon (IMEC) Management board: JPC + 6 SP leaders Steering committee: All full partners of JP PV have one vote −2 physical meetings a year, organised at EU-PVSEC and at IRP Cheetah project meeting www.eera-set.eu 5

Main research topics General PV research goals: -Increase energy conversion efficiency of modules and systems -Reduce the manufacturing cost of modules and systems -Increase throughput of manufacturing -Increase module lifetime to >35 years -Development of Building-Integrated PV (BIPV) modules -Improved sustainability, e.g. recycling of panels www.eera-set.eu 6
