17 November 2008Lynn Baker US SKA Consortia Meeting Madison WI8 TDP Planned Measurement Facilities Feed and LNA development requires accurate and consistent measurements Noise measurement of feed/LNA combinations, based on cold sky technique, needs radio quiet location, possibly NRAO, Greenbank Feed measurements require a good antenna range. Cost estimates of a range at Cornell will be compared with commercial options.
