2. Ben & Fiona Looby Looby Tiles & Interiors was established in January 2001 by husband & wife team Ben & Fiona. Ben was a tiler by trade & had the knowledge & experience of the tiling business. Fiona had worked with Bank Of Ireland for the previous 12 years and had the financial skills required to operate the business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3. Looby Tiles & Interiors We moved to a purpose built showroom in 2005 with 17000 sq ft of retail space & 15000 sq ft of storage. At that stage our main products were Tiles, Timber Flooring, Bathroom Ware, & Lighting. Over the years we have extended our product ranges to include Colortrend & Fleetwood paints, Wallpaper, Carpets,Vinyls & Rugs

4. Looby Tiles & Interiors We currently have 25 bathroom displays fully kitted out with tiles & sanitary ware. This always helps to give customers an idea of how the tiles would look in their own homes. We try to have all different designs to give lots of options The following slides gives examples of some of our bathrooms.

Looby Tiles & Interiors In relation to our floor tiles,we have a large section of the shop floor tiled with all different tiles, again customers find it easier to choose when they see an actual area tiled We have 31 different tiled areas, everything from ceramics to porcelain & marble. Our biggest selling tiles for floors would be porcelain, either glazed, satin or matt finish. Porcelain tiles are heat & frost resistant & better quality of tile than ceramics.

Looby Tiles & Interiors Timber flooring has evolved hugely over the last few years with solid timber floors been replaced with engineered floors, this is a much better product as it is a solid wood backed with plywood, therefore still looks like a solid floor when fitted and elimates the risk of a floor warping

17. Laminated flooring is the most popular timber flooring at the moment, it is available from 6mm to 12.3mm thick. The heavier quality laminate look like a solid floor and have the added advantage of not marking & being a 1/3 of the price

20. Looby Tiles & Interiors We recently added Colortrend paint, Fleetwood paint, Wallpaper, Carpets & Rugs to our product ranges Both paint companie are Irish made with Colortrend being one of the best paints on the market.
