C.What is the Organization’s “reason for being?” Raison D’Trete? D.Why do we do this? E.For what do you want to be remembered? F.What significant challenges is/are the organization facing? G.What significant opportunities are emerging? H.What are the emerging critical issues for the organization? I.Does the mission statement need to be refined? If yes, why? If not, why not? J.In what ways, if any, would you re-write or refocus the mission? K.What would be the major benefits of a new mission? L.What problems might we encounter with a new mission statement?

WORLD ARTS FOUNDATION, INC. Who is Our Client? A.Who uses your product or services? Who are your primary customer or clients? Whose lives are change by the work we do? B.Who are your supporting customers? Employees, volunteers, members, family, etc. Who must be satisfied? C.What value do you provide to each of those customers? D.Do your strengths, resources, match your organizational needs? E.In what ways have your clients changed? F.What are the implications? G.What other clients should we be servicing? H.What special competencies does the organization have to benefit them? I.What group of clients, if any, should the organization no longer serve?

A.What does your organization do to fill a specific need provide satisfaction, or benefit your primary and secondary clients, that they do not receive from other sources? B.What are your customers long-term aspirations? And what is our capacity and competence deliver on those aspirations? C.How well do we provide what each of your clients consider valuable? D.How can the knowledge you have about what your clients considers value? Be used to improve products and services: Recruitment training, Innovations and Marketing Strategies. E.What resources can you use to determine your clients level of satisfaction? e.g. survey, interview, protocol, etc.

B.How will you define your results in the future? C.To what extent has your organization achieved these results? D.What are the major actions or hindered or programs that have helped you achieving results? E.How will you measure the results in the future qualitatively and quantitatively? F.How well is your organization using its human resources? G.How well is it using its financial resources? H.How effectively are you attending to the value and positioning of our brand? I.Are other similar organizations doing a better job of using their human and financial resources? Why or why not?

What is Our Plan? 1.What are the most important things we have learned and what actions do they suggest? 2.Where should we focus our energy, imagination, resources? 3.In what areas should we focus? 4.Are there programs, activities, or client needs that we should add? 5.Are there programs, activities, or client needs that we should abandon? 6.Is there anything in our operation that should be outsourced? 7.What are the goals that enable us to achieve desired results? 8.What are the measurable objectives that will help us achieve our goals? 9.What are the action steps that will help us achieve our objectives? 10.What are the budget implications for using resources to meet objectives? And… 11.What are the target dates? For completion? 12.Who is responsible and accountable for achieving each goal, objective and action step? 13.What staffing will be needed to support this plan? 14.How will you evaluate and measure the desired results?
