4. Our three favorite animals that live in the rain forest are jaguars, toucan, and gorillas. Our three favorite plants that live in the rain forest are fungi, stilt palms, and banana plants. There are many interactions within the rain forest. One interaction is between animal and plant. There are ants that live in the stems of the acacia plant. If an animal tries to eat the plant, the ants will sting the predator on the nose.
