So... As we see in the video, to find the area of a parallelogram simply multiply the base by the height! Example 1: Find the area of a parallelogram with a base of 12 centimeters and a height of 5 centimeters. Solution: Area= base x height Area= (12 cm) x (5 cm) Area= 60 cm 2
