Proper noun- Specific people places things etc. Common noun-General groups of people places things or ideas. Abstract noun- Ideas that cannot be perceived through senses. Singular noun- names 1 person,place, or thing Collective noun- A singular noun that represents a group of individuals. Possessive noun- Shows ownership
