3. There’re Only a Few Steps to Follow o Create a free account on Facebook. o Create a free account on Twitter. o Of course you don’t have to if you’ve already have them. Step 1: Join

4. Step 2: Search the Application o Twitter created its own application in Facebook to help the two social networking programs interact. o To find the application, search the term using the keywords “Twitter see what you and your friends are up to” in the upper right of your Facebook profile.

5. Step 3: Add the Application o This is what your Twitter search page should look like under the “Applications” tab. o Make sure it’s the one with this square icon. o Click on the “Twitter ” link to add this Twitter application to your Facebook.

6. Step 4: Say Yes to Adding the Application o Then select the “Allow” button when this page comes up.

7. Step 5: Login to Twitter to Set Up the Application o When this page appears, en ter your Twitter username and password to set up the application.

8. o Click on the “Allow Twitter to Update Your Facebook Status” button at the top of the page. Step 6: Give Twitter Permission to Update Your Facebook

9. Last Step: Allow Updates from Twitter o On this next page that seems a redundant step, select the blue “Allow Status Updates” button. o This completes the process of having your tweets automatically updated on your Facebook
