He was born on February 3, 1960. His main problem is a fever and problems with his bladder. He did not have an electrocardiogram. His last tuberculosis test was normal. His urine test is not normal. He is taking one (1) medication. He takes Avandia. He takes two pills daily. He is allergic to penicillin. He had a previous urinary tract infection. He was in the hospital in March of last year. He does not use alcohol or tobacco.

If the student: takes notes on scratch paper to remember what the doctor said, the teacher will attach the note paper to the assessment. Beginning Low Students answer only one(1) oral comprehension question. Beginning High - Advanced answer two(2) oral comprehension questions.
