www.saicm.org 3 About ICCM ICCM is the governing body for SAICM. ICCM is the governing body for SAICM. At its first session, ICCM adopted SAICM. Future session of ICCM in 2009, 2012, 2015 and 2020 will undertake periodic reviews of SAICM. At its first session, ICCM adopted SAICM.
