Physical Benefits Reduces the risk for several diseases including: heart disease, adult-onset diabetes, high blood pressure, breast cancer, osteoporosis, and colon cancer. Keep your metabolism rate (burns calories if you need to lose weight) Helps you sleep better

People stay committed when… they have intrinsic motivation – they enjoy the way they feel post exercise (physiologically) and they way the feel about what they have accomplished (psychologically) they have extrinsic motivation – they feel that they would have a better life (looking more attractive – promotion or be more desirable) trying to impress the instructor *Less sustainable
