6
Our preferred way of working across all the goals Being intentional; doing ‘whatever it takes’ Focus words: Connected: building community; together Streamlined: more efficient; simplifying To achieve this goal, we will focus on: Mission reviews and plans Information sharing Our three ‘most frustrating’ processes Leaders engaging with ‘their’ grass roots

Get involved: Help us care for people, transform lives and reform society Practice hospitality Invite people into your home Be strategic Think: is this the best way to advance our mission? Involve others Think: who else could be involved? Review Ask: how effective are programmes at my corps/centre?
8
A command of Jesus ‘Salvation’ is our best outcome Our personal faith must be alive and relevant Focus words: New: people deciding to follow Jesus Dynamic: a faith that affects every aspect of your life To achieve this goal, we will focus on: Praying Intentional evangelism and discipleship pathways One new faith community per division per year Discipleship resources Our children’s ministry strategy Monitoring progress against our key measures

Encourage others toward soldiership by testifying about the meaning of soldiership in your life
