Critical to have most of the rest of the R&D by September '04 with the exception of the final relaxation measurements For the real experiment, figure out who will do what and where the funding will come from Sometimes in '04, submit the real proposal (follow guidance) Sometimes in '05, have a technical, cost and schedule review Sometimes in '06, start construction
