Riverside Development Project Understanding: The Scott County EDA desires to prepare a rough graded pad on the 9.65-acre Lot 5 as depicted in the recently completed Riverview Master Plan. Rough grading of the site will create a usable pad for future development of approximately 5-acres. Work will include the rough grading of a gravel access road from Rt 23 to Lot 5 along the route of the future proposed boulevard for the future development. The gravel access road will allow the EDA to access Lot 5 to show it to prospective businesses and/or industries. No utilities (water, sanitary sewer, gas, power) will be included in this Phase 1 work.
