background X-rays of 10-40 keV are great use in medical science, biology, and material science Most synchrotron radiation sources are too large to be widely used for monochromatic X-rays. One solution to realize a remarkable compactness is laser-electron collision 50m

conclution and next plan The thermionic cathode RF gun was upgraded and succeeded in stable operation in high power test. we could transport 38.5mA beam to beam dump. We alomost established the whole system of the the compact X-ray source and are woring on collision test between electron beam and laser for X-ray generation. We change alpha-magnet to achromatic arc for compressing electron beam from RFgun.
