Consortium Management Group – to discuss & plan regionalised development programmes, such as: W10 & new initiatives – Mike? Girls Club Programme - including Chance 2 Shine Coach Education – Women only Level 2 courses County and Regional club competition structure WCSL player ambassador programme to clubs & schools Distribution of matches – take WCSL to counties within the Region and spread the word locally

Marketing and Commercial support from within the group: Naming Competition Website/Social Media 150,000+ database Sponsors – kit/team/match Media resources – TV/Radio Match Day experiences – Women’s Day T20 Blast showcase opportunities

Maximising economies of scale and shared resources: Internal resourcing – maximising Ageas Bowl coaching & support staff. Also Finance & Marketing teams Opportunities for coaches from member counties Combining Educational aspirations with cricket – Phil? Access to indoor & outdoor training facilities Regionalised selection – consortium members within 1 ½ hours of Ageas Bowl Match planning responsibility with each match host Establish separate limited company
