4. ISSUING ORDERS HThe following points should be remembered: HProtection - Post a sentry HDistractions - Vehicles and Radios HConcealment - Lights etc HComfort - Shelter, Warmth HBrevity - Vulnerability

5. Do’s HMake your orders concise. HGive subordinates a thorough understanding of your intentions. HExplain the outline concept of your immediate commander. HIntegrate all subordinate elements in co- ordinated action. HAllow subordinates the maximum freedom of action.

7. Receiving Orders HBefore receiving orders you should: HStudy the Warning Order. Relate it to the Map and Ground if possible. HIssue Warning Order.
