Program Overview A 3 week program (July 9 – July 27, 2012), 4.5 days/week Location: Marriott Center for Hospitality Management at UMass (11th floor of The Campus Center), 4.5 days per week Accommodation and Dining – UMass student dormitory, single occupancy, and basic linen and furniture provided during the program period. – 3 meals every day during the program at the award winning university dining service
