2. Con #1: Away From Family Away From Loved Ones May Affect Performance Nursing errors may be increased due to the nurse thinking about family members or loved ones- leading the nurse to not give the patient 100% of her attention and care.

3. Con #2: Care of the Child, Elderly, or Disabled Nurses required to report in may have children at home that need childcare. Nurses could also have an elderly or disabled family member that is unable to be left alone. These unresolved issues add extra worries to an already stressful situation.

4. Con: #3 Safety Not Guaranteed Flooding, downed power lines, and other hazards may prevent nurses from getting to the hospital safely.

5. Con #4: Lack of Resources Resources such as running water, and electricity may be compromised Nurses may be required to stay past shift taxing personal resources and causing the nurse to become fatigued and overworked

6. Con #5: Dangers At The Hospital Potentially a dangerous situation regarding structural integrity (i.e. tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, high risk target for terrorists, looters)
