Draft framework consultation Large national event 1 st March 2010 –stakeholder feedback Electronic consultation (mid-April and end of May) –key experts, organisations and networks –document – rationale, working understanding, illustrative indicators C&YP – focus groups –C&YP whose views inadequately represented in literature –early years, BME, learning disabilities, carers, gypsy travellers, in care etc –n = 70, aged 3 to early 20s

Event & electronic consultation – findings Framework largely endorsed Minor changes required to some: –working understandings –Rationales, strengthen evidence-base –extension to a construct Clarity for a minority of constructs Consider better position of some indicators Wider consideration of indicators for some groups C&YP Alignment to policy, common language
