Dylan Bednarz Constantly Improving Dylan Bednarz aims for constant improvement in everything that he does and he believes that he can improve in his current Grade Point Average of 3.41 before he graduates from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He believes that anybody who aims to enter the same profession must constantly work to keep their knowledge as current as possible.

Dylan Bednarz Becoming A Chemical Engineering Consultant Though he has placed most of his focus on continuing his studies following his graduation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, with the aim of becoming a Pharmaceutical Engineer, Dylan Bednarz understands that his degree will allow him to become a Chemical Engineer if he chooses. Consulting in this field is an excellent way to make use of your education to achieve a higher income and he offers the following advice for people who are considering this path. As with most areas of business, becoming a successful consultant in the field of chemical engineering is as much down to who you know as it is what you know. Dylan Bednarz Colonia, New Jersey Dylan Bednarz was born in Plainfield, New Jersey before moving to Avenal with his family. They spent around six years there before settling in Colonia. He stills calls the area his home and is delighted to be able to spend as much time as possible with his family while also completing his studies at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Dylan Bednarz Shift Supervisor When he is not studying to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Dylan Bednarz works as a Shift Supervisor at Panera Bread. In this role, he is responsible for the daily operations of the café and runs a team of more than sixty associates. This has given him valuable experience in using his soft skills, such as networking and communication.
